Who, What, How
Your mental health is important and contributes to your quality of life. At times the stress of life can overwhelm even the strongest individual's ability to cope. In those times the support of a professional mental health counselor can ease your pain and bring you back to healthy living. Seeking help can be scary. Your privacy is important to me and I provide a safe place for individuals to receive help in a nonjudgmental environment. My work with clients is grounded in mindfulness based, cognitive behavioral theory. I believe that collaborative work with clients produces positive growth and healing. I help individuals learn to accept themselves and others as they are, to manage their emotions, and improve relationships.
